2. Simulated funds only
The Service is a simulated trading environment. All funds, balances, positions, trades and profits or losses are entirely virtual and simulated. No real money is deposited, withdrawn, held or transferred through Invesdaq. Simulated performance does not guarantee future results and should not be taken as indicative of real-market outcomes.
3. Beta software
Invesdaq is in beta. The Service is provided "as is" and may contain errors, bugs or unfinished features. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time without notice.
4. No financial advice
Content on Invesdaq — including posts, predictions, prices and analytics — is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing here constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the Service.
5. Market data
Market data is provided by third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. We are not liable for any losses arising from reliance on such data, including within the simulated environment.
6. User conduct
You agree not to misuse the Service, post unlawful or abusive content, attempt to disrupt its operation, or access it in ways that violate applicable law. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invesdaq and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
