2.3 Username Policy

Invesdaq reserves the right to change, revoke, suspend, or reassign usernames at any time, including where usernames are misleading, impersonate others, or breach these Terms.

Usernames must not:

  • infringe or appear to infringe any trademark, service mark, or brand name;

  • use or closely resemble the name of a company, financial institution, regulated firm, or well-known brand, whether registered or unregistered;

  • suggest an official affiliation, partnership, endorsement, or representation of any company, organisation, or regulator where none exists;

  • be designed to mislead other users as to the identity, status, or authority of the account holder.

Any attempt to register, reserve, or use a username that is trademarked, brand-related, or confusingly similar to a company or organisation may be treated as misrepresentation or impersonation.

Invesdaq may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice:

  • remove or reclaim such usernames;

  • require the user to select a new username;

  • suspend or terminate the associated account.

Users acknowledge that usernames do not confer ownership, rights, or entitlement, and that all usernames remain subject to ongoing review and enforcement by Invesdaq.

3. User-Generated Content (“User Content”)

3.1 Invesdaq allows users to publish content including posts, portfolios, comments, watchlists, reviews, messages, images, and other materials.

3.2 Responsibility for Content
All User Content is the sole responsibility of the user who created it.

Invesdaq does not:

  • endorse or verify User Content;

  • guarantee its accuracy or reliability;

  • accept any liability for it.

3.3 You understand that you may be exposed to content that is inaccurate, misleading, offensive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

3.4 No Liability for User Content
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Invesdaq accepts no liability at all for:

  • financial loss or risk arising from User Content;

  • claims of defamation or reputational harm caused by User Content;

  • disputes, disagreements, or conflicts between users;

  • actions you take based on the information of others.

You use all User Content entirely at your own risk.

There is zero tolerance policy for objectionable content or abusive users, who will be banned.

4. No Financial Advice

4.1 Content on Invesdaq—including from verified users, finfluencers, or advertisers—is for informational and educational purposes only.

4.2 Nothing on Invesdaq constitutes:

  • investment advice,

  • financial advice,

  • or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset.

4.3 You remain solely responsible for all investment decisions.

4.4 By using this website, you agree that the information contained in this website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice. The material does not contain (and should not be construed as containing) investment advice or an investment recommendation, or, an offer of or solicitation for, a transaction in any financial instrument.

5. Moderation and Platform Rights

5.1 Invesdaq reserves the right, but not the obligation, to:

  • remove, hide, or restrict content;

  • moderate or edit posts, profiles, and discussions;

  • suspend, limit, or terminate accounts;

  • alter or remove usernames;

  • block or restrict access to certain features.

5.2 Content may be removed if it is:

  • unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or misleading;

  • spam or unauthorised advertising;

  • a misrepresentation of investment performance;

  • impersonating others.

5.3 We are not required to provide an explanation for moderation decisions.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

  • harass, abuse, or threaten others;

  • impersonate any person or entity;

  • publish false, misleading, or fraudulent information;

  • upload viruses or harmful code;

  • harvest, scrape, or misuse data;

  • advertise without prior permission;

  • post knowingly false or fabricated investment performance.

You agree to indemnify Invesdaq for any claims arising from your misuse of the platform.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

7.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Invesdaq shall not be liable for:

  • any loss, damage, or harm arising from your use of the platform;

  • financial loss, trading loss, missed opportunity, or investment underperformance;

  • reputational harm or defamation caused by User Content;

  • reliance on User Content, including portfolio claims or trading ideas;

  • technical issues, downtime, or data loss.

7.2 The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

7.3 We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

7.4 Third-party websites, data, or services accessed via Invesdaq are your sole responsibility.

8. Compliance and Regulation

8.1 Paid advertising on Invesdaq is reviewed for compliance with applicable financial promotion rules (e.g. FCA, SEC).

8.2 Invesdaq does not guarantee the accuracy, conduct, or regulatory status of any user or advertiser.

8.3 Users must comply with all applicable regulatory and disclosure obligations, including financial promotion rules.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Users retain ownership of their content but grant Invesdaq a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the platform.

9.2 All Invesdaq branding, trademarks, and platform design remain the property of RJBCO Ltd.

10. Privacy

11. Termination

11.1 We may suspend or terminate your account for:

  • violating these Terms;

  • posting harmful or misleading content;

  • impersonation or abusive behaviour;

  • inactivity or security concerns.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
